Maxair Autohaler

Maxair® Autohaler® (pirbuterol acetate inhalation aerosol)
The medicine in Maxair Autohaler (pirbuterol) is used for prevention and reversal of bronchospasm in patients aged 12 years and older with reversible bronchospasm including asthma.

The unique design of the Maxair Autohaler releases medicine when you inhale. Unlike other types of inhalers, with Maxair Autohaler you don’t need to press and draw in the medicine at the same time; just by breathing in, you start the soft spray of the medicine. There is no big puff of medicine to inhale and you won’t need to use a spacer. Maxair Autohaler can be used by adults and children 12 years of age and older.

Ask your doctor if Maxair Autohaler could be a part of your treatment plan for managing your asthma.
